Leave management software, next to your hours
Leave and worked hours end up in the same payroll run, so they belong in the same system. TimeTracking handles leave requests, approvals, balances and sick leave alongside time tracking.
How leave works
Request in the app
Employees request leave from their phone or the web, see their remaining balance and add a note.
Approve with context
Managers see the request together with the roster for those days, so they know who else is off before approving.
Flows into payroll
Approved leave appears in the period next to worked hours and is included in the payroll export.
Balances that stay correct
Leave balances accrue according to the rules you set, and every approved request updates them immediately. Employees see their own balance, so they don't have to ask HR how many days they have left.
Public holidays are loaded per country, which matters for companies with people in more than one country.

Connected to rosters
Approved leave blocks shifts in the roster, and the planner gets a warning when trying to schedule someone who is off. That avoids the classic Monday-morning surprise of a scheduled shift nobody shows up for.
One place for the whole period
When a period closes, the approved week contains worked hours, overtime, leave, sick days, mileage and expenses. Payroll gets one export instead of three spreadsheets from three systems.
Leave is part of Core at €1 per user per month, with no extra module to buy.
Leave types you define
Organisations use different kinds of leave: annual leave, special leave for events such as a wedding or a move, unpaid leave and sick leave. In TimeTracking you define the leave types that apply to you, decide which of them build up a balance, and choose which hour type each one maps to in the payroll export.
Employees only see the leave types that apply to them, which keeps the request form simple.

The approval flow
When an employee submits a request, the responsible manager gets a notification and can approve or decline from their phone or the web, with a comment if needed. The employee sees the decision in the app (push notifications are coming soon). Approved leave appears in the roster and the period immediately, so nobody has to copy it from an email into another system.
Every request, decision and change is stored in the audit trail, which helps when a balance is questioned later.
