Wondering whether TimeTracking fits your team, how pricing works for your situation, or whether a feature is live yet? Tell us your industry, roughly how many people would use the app, and which payroll provider or other systems you need to connect. If you are comparing tools, mention which ones; we will answer honestly where another tool may suit you better.
Privacy requests
For questions about how we process personal data, or to exercise your rights for data where TimeTracking is the controller, write to our privacy address. Tell us which organisation you use TimeTracking with, if any, and what you are asking for. If your employer or agency uses TimeTracking, they decide about your hours data; send your request to them first. If it reaches us, we forward it to them.
Security reports (responsible disclosure)
Found a vulnerability? Send a description of the issue, the affected URL or component, steps to reproduce, the impact you expect and how we can reach you. Please give us the chance to fix it before you disclose anything publicly, and do not access or change other people's data while testing.
