About TimeTracking
TimeTracking (timetracking.tech) is a B2B time tracking app for iOS, Android and web for shift, field and staffing teams. Free up to 5 users; Core €1 and Pro €3 per user per month. We build it for the people who work away from a desk, and for the office teams who turn their hours into payroll.

What TimeTracking does
TimeTracking does one job: getting accurate hours from the place where work happens to the payroll run, with as little typing and chasing as possible. Workers log time with a timer, a quick manual entry, a shared kiosk with a PIN, or by confirming a day the app has already proposed from the roster. Clients approve hours through a secure link and sign with a one-time code sent to their email, without creating an account. The office sees conflicts before payroll does, and exports approved hours in the format the payroll provider expects.
Around that core sit the things a field team needs on the same screen: rosters, leave, expenses and mileage. For teams that want to connect their own systems there is a REST API with an OpenAPI spec, webhooks, a CLI and an MCP server with a Claude Skill. The app is available in 20 languages, because many of the people who use it every day do not speak the office language as their first language.
Who it is for
We build for teams where hours are hard to capture and harder to approve: staffing agencies with many clients and placements, construction crews on changing sites, logistics and warehouse shifts, cleaning teams on many short jobs, healthcare rosters, and agencies and consultancies whose day lives in a calendar.
What these teams share is that the work happens somewhere other than the office, and that someone outside the company often has to agree with the hours. Most time tracking tools were designed for people at a laptop. TimeTracking starts from the phone in a work jacket and the tablet on the depot wall.
Our principles
A few choices shape every decision we make about the product. They are also the easiest way to tell whether TimeTracking is right for you.
- Privacy first. We never take screenshots, log keystrokes or monitor which apps and websites people use. TimeTracking does not collect location today. Planned geofence nudges will be optional, set by the employer, and only act at work-site geofences, never as a continuous trail.
- EU company, EU hosting. Customer data is stored in the EU, in Ireland. Our sub-processors are listed publicly, with their location and status.
- Honest status labels. Every feature and integration is marked as live or coming. If something is a concept or still being built, we say so, on the website and in the app.
- Open data. Your hours are yours. CSV, XLSX and JSON exports are available in every plan, including Free, and the API gives you the same data programmatically. Leaving should be as easy as joining.
- Focus on hours. We do not build invoicing, CRM or project accounting. We would rather do one thing well and export cleanly to the tools you already use for the rest.
- Simple pricing. Free up to 5 users, then €1 or €3 per user per month. No add-ons and no seat minimum.
How we work
We ship in small steps and keep the public status of each feature up to date. Our legal documents, including the privacy policy, data processing agreement and sub-processor list, are being finalised, and we publish them as drafts so you can see what we commit to before they are final. We do not claim certifications we do not have.
If you have a question about the product, about how we handle data, or about whether TimeTracking fits your team, we would like to hear from you.
