Capture: get hours in without chasing anyone
Accurate payroll starts with hours that are logged on the day, not reconstructed on Friday. TimeTracking gives every worker several ways to record time, so the method fits the job rather than the other way round.
Timers and manual entry work on iOS, Android and web in every plan, including Free. A shared kiosk with a personal PIN suits depots, sites and shop floors where not everyone has a work phone. Predictive time tracking (Pro) proposes the day from rosters and history, so confirming hours takes one tap; calendar sync is coming. The mobile timer survives app restarts and hours queue offline. Geofence nudges and a lock-screen timer are coming with native modules, and the AI timesheet parser (paid plans) reads timesheets that clients send by email.
Approve: one version of the truth
Once hours are in, someone has to say they are right. Approvals and client magic links are included in Core: a client contact opens a secure link, reviews the week and signs with a one-time code sent to their email, without creating an account. Conflict detection (Pro, staffing module) compares what the worker logged with what the client approved or emailed and shows the differences before payroll does.
Export and pay: from approved hours to payroll
CSV, XLSX and JSON exports are available in every plan. Core adds configurable payroll exports, so the file matches what your payroll provider expects: an SD Worx-format concept preset is available today, and presets for Loket, Nmbrs, AFAS and DATEV are coming. Mileage, travel time and expenses are recorded in the same app, next to the hours. For anything custom, the REST API with an OpenAPI spec, webhooks, a CLI and an MCP server with a Claude Skill let you connect TimeTracking to the rest of your stack.
Plan: rosters and leave that feed everything else
Rosters and leave are included in Core. A published roster does more than tell people where to be: it is the plan that predictions, conflict checks and approvals compare against. Leave requests sit in the same calendar, so a planner sees who is available before scheduling a shift. The app itself is available in 20 languages, which helps mixed crews read their own roster.
In short: Free covers basic time tracking and exports for up to 5 users. Core (€1 per user per month) adds approvals, rosters, leave, expenses, payroll exports and the API. Pro (€3) adds prediction, AI and the staffing module. There are no add-ons and no seat minimum.
