TimeTracking exports approved hours in a format SD Worx payroll can import. It was built for our first staffing customer, who runs payroll on SD Worx, and it is live today.

How the SD Worx export works

  1. Map hour types

    Map TimeTracking hour types, such as regular hours, overtime percentages, allowances and mileage, to your SD Worx codes.

  2. Approve the period

    Hours are approved internally and, where needed, by the client through a magic link.

  3. Export and import

    Generate the SD Worx-format file for the period and import it in SD Worx. The period is locked in TimeTracking.

What is exported

The export contains one line per employee, period and hour type, using the codes from your mapping. Mileage, travel time and fixed allowances can be included as separate components. People are identified by the employee number you store in TimeTracking.

Status: live

The SD Worx-format export is available today. It is a file export, not a live API connection: you generate the file in TimeTracking and import it in SD Worx. A direct connection may follow; we will mark it here when it does.

Locked periods guarantee that the numbers SD Worx received cannot change afterwards. Corrections become lines in the next period.
