Nmbrs integration

A direct Nmbrs connector is on our roadmap and marked as coming soon. Today you can export approved hours from TimeTracking as configurable CSV or XLSX files for Nmbrs.

Animated demo: a closed period travels to Nmbrs as a downloaded and uploaded file today, and as one push once the connector is live. Period closes, Download, Upload, One push (soon).
Step-by-step setup guide for Nmbrs

What the connector will do

The planned connector sends approved hours, overtime, allowances, mileage and expenses per employee and period to Nmbrs, mapped to your wage components. It removes the step of downloading and uploading files every period.

  • Approved hours and overtime
  • Allowances and expenses
  • Employee matching by number
  • One push per closed period

What you can use today

Configurable CSV and XLSX exports produce a file with the columns your Nmbrs import expects. Exported periods are locked, so corrections are booked in the next period and both systems stay in sync.
