Loket integration
A direct Loket connector is on our roadmap and marked as coming soon. Until it is live, you can export approved hours from TimeTracking as configurable CSV or XLSX files for import in Loket.
What the connector will do
The planned connector sends approved hours, overtime, allowances and expenses per employee and period to Loket, using a mapping from TimeTracking hour types to Loket wage components. Employee data can be matched by employee number.
- Approved hours per period
- Overtime and allowances as wage components
- Mileage and expenses
- Matching on employee number
What you can use today
Configurable CSV and XLSX exports let you shape a file with the columns and codes your Loket import expects. Exported periods are locked in TimeTracking, so the hours in Loket and in TimeTracking always match.
