Slack integration
The Slack integration will bring TimeTracking's reminders and approvals to where office teams already talk. It is on our roadmap and marked as coming soon.
What it will do
Planners and managers will receive approval requests, conflict alerts and late-submission summaries in a Slack channel or direct message, with a link straight to the right screen in TimeTracking. Employees who use Slack can get reminders to submit their hours.
- Approval requests
- Conflict alerts for staffing teams
- Submission reminders
- Weekly summaries
What works today
Reminders for missing hours and deadline nudges are sent by email today; push notifications are coming soon. In the meantime, teams can post their own Slack messages from TimeTracking's webhooks or the REST API.
