Outlook calendar integration
The Outlook (Microsoft 365) calendar connection will turn meetings and appointments into proposed time entries for predictive time tracking. It is on our roadmap and marked as coming soon.
How it will work
Employees connect their Microsoft 365 calendar. Events are matched to clients and projects using rules you define, and appear as proposals the employee confirms or adjusts. Nothing is booked without confirmation.
Only the event data needed for matching is read, and private appointments can be excluded.
- Microsoft 365 calendars
- Rule-based matching to clients and projects
- One-tap confirmation
- Private appointments excluded
What works today
Predictive time tracking already proposes hours from rosters and recent entries. Timers and manual entry are available on every plan, in the mobile apps and on the web.
