Google Calendar integration
The Google Calendar connection will feed predictive time tracking: meetings and appointments become proposed time entries that people confirm in one tap. It is on our roadmap and marked as coming soon.
How it will work
After an employee connects their Google Calendar, events are matched to clients and projects using rules you set, such as keywords or attendee domains. Each day, the employee sees the proposed entries and confirms or adjusts them. Nothing is booked without confirmation.
Only event times and titles needed for matching are read. Private events can be excluded.

What works today
Predictive time tracking already uses published rosters and recent entries. Timers and manual entry are available on every plan, in the mobile apps and on the web.
