Most teams set up TimeTracking themselves in an afternoon. If you have a CRM, ATS or payroll system to connect, data to migrate or many sites to roll out, our team can do it for you, at a fixed price agreed before we start.

## What we can do for you

- **CRM and ATS integration**: Workers, clients and placements synced from your CRM or ATS with external-ID upserts, and approved hours written back. Bullhorn, Carerix, HubSpot, Salesforce or your own system.
- **Payroll export mapping**: Your exact payroll layout as an export mapping: wage codes, hour types and allowances checked against a real payroll run, for SD Worx, Loket, Nmbrs, AFAS or any CSV/XML layout.
- **Data migration**: History moved over from Toggl, Clockify, TimeChimp, Harvest or spreadsheets, with a dry run you can check before anything is imported.
- **Rollout and training**: Kiosks per site, rosters, rule packs and client approval set up for you, plus short training sessions for planners and a one-page guide for workers in their own language.
- **Custom automations**: Webhooks, reports and Claude workflows built around your process, for example automatic reminders to clients or a weekly payroll check.
- **Parallel run**: One or two periods run side by side with your current process, with a difference report, so you switch only when the numbers match.

## Pricing

Projects are quoted at a fixed price after the call. Your subscription stays the same: free for up to 5 users, Core €1 and Pro €3 per user per month.

You own everything we build: mappings, scripts and documentation stay in your account, and you can change them without us.

### Do I need a services project to use TimeTracking?

No. The product is fully self-serve: sign up, import your people and start tracking. Services are for teams that want us to handle integrations, migration or rollout.

### How much does a project cost?

It depends on the scope, so we quote a fixed price after a free 30-minute call. The price is agreed before we start and does not change unless you change the scope.

### Which systems can you connect?

Anything with an API, webhooks or file export. Recipes exist for HubSpot, Salesforce, Pipedrive, Bullhorn, Carerix, Recruitee, OTYS and common payroll systems; in-house systems work through the same REST API.

### Who owns the integration afterwards?

You do. Mappings, scripts and documentation live in your account or repository, and you can change them yourself.
